The Raiders drafted Marinovich No. 21 overall in the 1991 NFL Draft.

This isn't the first time Marinovich has found drug-related trouble. In 1990 he was arrested for cocaine possession. The Raiders dropped him after just two seasons. He was also arrested in 1997, 2000, 2005, and 2007 for separate drug charges.

"The caller stated that there was a naked person on Venta Spur Trail," Irvine police Commander Mike Hallinan told the Register.

While TMZ reported Marinovich to be in possession of meth, Hallinan said he suspects the drug, but the substance discovered will undergo testing.

"It is a tragic story. We found him hiding in a backyard. Someone else's backyard," Hallinan told the Los Angeles Times.
