OAKLAND, Calif., July 25 (UPI) -- Apparently a one-year suspension from the NFL might not be enough for Aldon Smith.

The Oakland Raiders pass rusher could be in more trouble now, after posting a video to Periscope. Periscope is a social media outlet where users can broadcast live video to followers.

In a recent video titled "Fire up session," a man holds a hand-rolled cigarette while he talks to the camera. CSN Bay Area claims Smith's voice to be "unmistakable when compared to other videos where he talks directly to the camera..."

But the best part could be at the end of the video, where the man rejects his female friend's notion that it might not be wise to film the event. He even says: "they don't know it's me. It's not like I put "Aldon Smith."

Smith, 26, is currently under suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. Smith is noticeable on camera in several other posts from the account, titled: "ravenga." The poster from the account goes by the name "Ricky." On Sunday the account had 29 followers, it had 350 by Monday morning.

The NFL is investigating whether or not Smith "violated the protocols required of a suspended player seeking reinstatement to the league following a violation" of its policy, according to ESPN's Ed Werder.

Smith has a history of incidents, including: DUI conviction, misdemeanor charges of DUI with a prior conviction, and hit and run and vandalism charges. He has been arrested five times since 2012.

The San Francisco 49ers made Smith the No. 7 pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. He was released by the 49ers on Aug. 7. He then joined the Oakland Raiders on a one-year deal, tallying 3.5 sacks in nine games. He was suspended for one year in November.

In April, the Raiders re-signed Smith, who will be eligible for reinstatement in September. Smith has 47.5 sacks in 59 career games.

The transcript for the video is as follows:

Woman: [Expletive], I'm not [expletive] with you.

Man: I don't give a [expletive]. Ain't nobody [expletive] with us. We've got zero followers. Where is the ashtray at? This is what you call a fire up session.

Woman: [Expletive] you shouldn't even be posting that.

Man: [Expletive], do you see my face?

Woman: No, but what if...

Man: They don't have my name. This is just a fire up session.

Woman: So, if you just put it on there...it's just doing it? It's live? That's hella stupid.

Man: Shut up. You hella stupid. You trying to smoke, fam? Is this the ashtray?

Woman: Yeah. You ain't using it no more, right?
