GREEN BAY, Wis., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- When he wasn't reading NFL playbooks, Ahman Green was watching Batman movies during his NFL career.

The former Green Bay Packers running back will now be as close as possible to the 'Caped Crusader.' Green snagged a role in the newest Batman movie by staying in contact with Packers fan and the film's director, Zach Snyder.

"I just stayed consistent with contacting him and finally I got a call from Warner Bros. Studios setting up flights," Green told the podcast. "It was just like, 'Yes, here we go!'"
