NEW YORK, Nov. 30 (UPI) -- Sunday was not Eli Manning's day.

The New York Giants quarterback tossed two touchdowns and three interceptions in a 20-14 loss to the Washington Redskins. But it was during the game, on television, where the quarterback was first called out.

During the Fox broadcast, the closed captioning referred to Manning as "Penguin Boy."

The caption read: "this is not a goode good decision by Eli Man Penguin Boy."

Manning has completed 274-of-435 passes for 3,021 yards, 23 touchdowns and nine interceptions for the 5-6 Giants. The 34-year-old has been selected to three Pro Bowl teams and has two Super Bowl victories.
