SEATTLE, Feb. 24 (UPI) -- Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is trying to trademark the phrase: "I'm just here so I won't get fined."

Lynch dropped the phrase 27 times during media day before the Super Bowl. He used a variation of the phrase to answer every question he received. During media day of the previous Super Bowl XLIX, Lynch refused to appear for reporters and was fined $100,000.

"We heard from our fans and so many of them were saying that they wanted that phrase on the clothing," Chris Bevans, who runs Lynch's "Beast Mode" apparel line, told ESPN. "This is just listening to the marketplace."

There will be shirts, hats, beanies, hooded sweatshirts and more with the phrase.

Lynch is expected to sign with Seahawks again.
