Utah Jazz C Rudy Gobert fined $25K for contact with official

Utah Jazz center Rudy Gobert was fined $25,000 for making physical contact with a game official, the league announced Sunday.

The incident occurred with 5:19 remaining in the third quarter of Utah's 109-95 win over the Milwaukee Bucks at BMO Harris Bradley Center on Friday night.

A video replay shows Gobert touching the arm of an official while disputing the foul call.

The 7-foot-1, 245-pound Gobert scored 15 points and grabbed 16 rebounds in the game against the Bucks. The 24-year-old Gobert is averaging 13.0 points and 12.7 rebounds in 2016-17, his fourth season with the Jazz.
