LeBron James reunites Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Young Turk, and Mannie Fresh

Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Who doesn't comply when summoned by the King?

Legendary Cash Money Records group The Hot Boys reunited this weekend in New Orleans at a party hosted by LeBron James. The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar held the Beats by Dre bash with DJ Khaled on Saturday at Latrobe's on Royal. 2 Chainz and Fat Joe also attended, while Lil Wayne, Juvenile, Young Turk, and Mannie Fresh took the stage after midnight on Sunday.

"Listen, I don't know if these people fully appreciate what's going on tonight," James said at the party, according to numerous [NSFW] videos posted on social media. "We got [expletive] Hot Boys in this [expletive]. Because this is my party, I gotta make sure that people fully understand what is going on tonight."

"I grew up on these boys right here."

James was in middle school when the group released its album Get It How U Live. Their second album, Guerrilla Warfare, was released as the phenom entered high school. That album was the last released by the group as a unit.

The party was to celebrate Cash Money Records' 20th anniversary and the NBA All-Star Game. James scored 23 points in the All-Star game, but the East lost 192-182 to the West.

"I feel so accomplished when I step on a stage with them now. Back then I felt like I was standing next to my bigger brothers," Lil Wayne said in a statement, via NOLA.com. "Now I feel like I'm standing next to my brother."

Cash Money Records founder Birdman was also celebrating the anniversary at a separate party in the city.

James invested in Beats Electronics in 2008. He profited $30 million when the company sold to Apple for $3 billion in 2014.
