Golden State Warriors 126, Cleveland Cavaliers 91

OAKLAND, Calif. -- The Golden State Warriors emphatically snapped a four-game losing streak to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday, using a 78-point, first-half explosion to crush the defending NBA champions 126-91.

Klay Thompson scored a game-high 26 points and Draymond Green recorded an 11-point, 13-rebound, 11-assist triple-double, propelling the Warriors to their first win over the Cavaliers since Game 4 of last year's NBA Finals.

The triple-double was the third of the season for Green.

The Cavaliers, swept by the Warriors in two games in the regular season last year and down 3-1 in the Finals, rallied to sweep the final three games en route to their first-ever NBA championships.

Philadelphia 76ers 113, Milwaukee Bucks 104

MILWAUKEE -- Joel Embiid recorded his eighth double-double of the season, finishing with 22 points and 12 rebounds in Philadelphia's victory over Milwaukee at the Bradley Center.

Embiid, who also blocked five shots, scored 12 in the final quarter as Philadelphia pulled away for its fourth victory in the last five games and just the 76ers' fifth victory of the season on the road.

Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee with 23 points but was held to just two in the second half as he battled foul trouble. Antetokounmpo returned to the floor to start the fourth quarter but picked up his fifth foul 40 seconds later. He eventually fouled out with 2:51 left.

Washington Wizards 120, Portland Trail Blazers 101

WASHINGTON -- Bradley Beal scored 25 points and the Wizards piled up 75points in the first half as they cruised to a win over Portland.

John Wall had 24 points for the Wizards, who have won 12 straight home games and five of their last six overall.

Washington made 9 of 13 3-pointers in the first half for a 75-50 lead. The margin ballooned to 30 in the second half. Markieff Morris had 17 points and 13 rebounds for Washington.

Damian Lillard finished with 22 points for Portland and C.J McCollum had 12.

Atlanta Hawks 108, New York Knicks 107

NEW YORK -- Dennis Schroder nailed a 3-pointer with 22 seconds left to overcome a two-point deficit and help Atlanta to its ninth win in its last 10 games.

After Schroder's basket put the Hawks ahead 108-107, the Knicks missed their final three shots.

Schroder led the Hawks with 28 points and former Knick Tim Hardaway Jr. added 20 points. The duo combined for 18 of Atlanta's 20 fourth-quarter points, scoring nine points apiece.

Carmelo Anthony paced the Knicks with 30 points and seven rebounds and Derrick Rose added 18 points and nine assists but also committed six of the Knicks' 18 turnovers.

Indiana Pacers 98, New Orleans Pelicans 95

INDIANAPOLIS -- Paul George scored 19 points and the Pacers held on for the win.

Tyreke Evans missed a potential game-tying 3-pointer from the right corner as time expired, sealing the victory for the Pacers, who got 18 points and 12 rebounds from Myles Turner.

New Orleans got 16 points from Anthony Davis, who suffered a right hip and left thumb injury on a drive to the basket with 7:08 left in the third quarter. X-rays were negative, but he did not return.

Denver Nuggets 125, Orlando Magic 112

DENVER - Nikola Jokic scored a career-high 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Denver.

Emmanuel Mudiay had 18 points and a career-high 13 assists, and Kenneth Faried scored 20 points for the Nuggets, who had 33 assists.

Elfrid Payton had 20 points and 12 assists for the Magic, who lost for the sixth time in seven games.

Denver guard Gary Harris left the game early in the first quarter with a sprained right ankle.

Boston Celtics 108, Charlotte Hornets 98

BOSTON -- Isaiah Thomas warmed up with 18 points in the first three quarters and then did his usual fourth-quarter thing, powering Boston to a victory over Charlotte that sent the Hornets to their fifth straight loss.

Boston's little big man, the NBA's leading fourth-quarter scorer at 9.9 points per game coming in, scored 13 of his 17 fourth-quarter points in a span of 4:03 as the Celtics built a 13-point lead and then held off the Hornets for their seventh win in their last eight games. Boston improved to 13-3 since Thomas returned after missing four games due to a groin strain.

Utah Jazz 106, Phoenix Suns 101

PHOENIX -- Joe Johnson scored 10 of his 15 points in the fourth quarter, including the go-ahead 3-pointer with 49 seconds left, and Utah held off Phoenix.

Rudy Gobert led seven Utah players in double figures with 18 points. He added 17 rebounds and blocked a Marquese Chriss shot with eight seconds left to secure the win for the Jazz.

Gordon Hayward and George Hill each scored 17 points for the Jazz, who trailed by as many as 10 points in the third quarter before rallying to tie their longest winning streak of the season at four games. The NBA's No. 1 defense held the Suns to 21 fourth-quarter points.

Los Angeles Clippers 120, Oklahoma City Thunder 98

LOS ANGELES -- Despite losing point guard Chris Paul in the first half, Los Angeles didn't miss a beat in pounding Oklahoma City.

DeAndre Jordan collected 19 points, 15 rebounds and four blocks, and the Clippers captured their seventh consecutive win with a rout of the Thunder at Staples Center.

Marreese Speights led the Clippers with 23 points to go with 10 rebounds. J.J. Redick scored 20 points, Austin Rivers contributed 16, and Raymond Felton had 15 points for Los Angeles.
