DETROIT, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Carhartt will play a part in a new shoe associated with Eminem and Michael Jordan.

The Jordan Brand's Air Jordan IV sneakers are inspired by the Shady Records label's 15th anniversary, according to Eminem's website.

Just 10 sneakers are being made, before they are auctioned off to benefit Eminem's nonprofit, the Marshall Mathers Foundation.

The black and grey shoes have a Shady XV logo, a hockey mask, a backwards E, and the signature "Jumpman" logo. Carhartt material covers the upper portion of the shoes.

Eminem's foundation benefits at-risk youth, mostly from Detroit.

The shoes go on sale Tuesday, Nov. 10 on eBay. This marks the third time that Eminem and Jordan Brand have collaborated, and the first time Carhartt has been involved.

Eminem's 2005 collaboration with the Jordan Brand produced 50 pairs of blue Air Jordan IV's, according to the Detroit News.

"Eminem has teamed with the Jordan Brand and Carhartt to create an epic shoe celebrating his infamous Shady Records label." Eminem's website says. "The Detroit based rapper announced today that he will auction off 10 pairs of the "friends and family" exclusive to benefit the Marshall Mathers Foundation."

"The Air Jordan IV x Shady x Carhartt shoe marks the third collaboration between world-renowned rapper and the Jordan Brand. The inclusion of classic workwear brand Carhartt, and their recognizable rough and rugged material, gives this collaboration an aggressive look and feel that compliments Eminem's signature style."
