CLEVELAND, May 27 (UPI) -- There appears to be no rift between basketball stars Dwyane Wade and LeBron James, even if some say that James' decision to rejoin the Cleveland Cavaliers hit Wade's wallet hard.

Wade, who joined forces with James in 2010, following the infamous 'Decision' to leave the Cavaliers for the Miami Heat, congratulated his former teammate Tuesday.

"Congrats to my brother @KingJames on 5 straight finals appearances... a lot of people have no idea how tough that is," Wade tweeted.

Wade and James won two championships in Miami in four consecutive trips to the NBA Finals. But Wade opted out of a deal that guaranteed him $41 million through 2015-16 while awaiting James' decision to rejoin the Cavaliers. Wade then signed a deal for $10 million less, at $31 million.

Wade, 33, and James, 30, grew incredibly close in Miami, a relationship that has now netted Wade a total of three NBA titles.

The Cavaliers will face either the Golden State Warriors or Houston Rockets in Game 1 of the NBA Finals at 9 p.m. June 4 at Golden State or Houston.
