Bill Walton calls Michael Jordan an 'average' athlete

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Bill Walton called Michael Jordan "average" during a broadcast of the Oregon Ducks vs. the USC Trojans.

Walton was possibly just trolling his audience or he may have been serious. If he was serious, there are not going to be many, if any, basketball fans who would agree with him.

"Michael -- the guy was basically average in terms of size, strength, speed, jumping ability," he said.
