Dietrich went 3-for-3, with four RBI in the 7-3 victory over the Braves. His sixth-inning, two-run home run, put the Marlins ahead.

Marlins manager Don Mattingly said Dietrich remained conscious after taking the hit, from the bat of teammate Christian Yelich.

"That ball came in and it basically ricocheted off of the wall and got him in the back of the head," Mattingly told Fox Sports. "So from there they are looking at him and we will see what happens."

"He didn't lose consciousness and there was no blood."

Dietrich, 26, is hitting .325 this season, with three home runs and 22 RBI.
