Bell needed eight plays to cover 66 yards and capped it with a 7-yard toss to Saunders in the corner of the end zone. The Sooners (10-2, 7-2) added their final points on the ensuing kickoff when Oklahoma's Eric Striker picked up the loose ball at the Cowboys' 3-yard-line and took it into the end zone.

Bell completed 10-of-16 passes for 140 yards and Brennan Clay carried 24 times for seven yards.

Clint Chelf threw for 202 yards and a touchdown for Oklahoma State. The loss denied the Cowboys the Big 12 title and an automatic BCS bid.
