COL FB: Northern Illinois 63, Massachusetts 19

FOXBOROUGH, Mass., Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Jordan Lynch accounted for five touchdowns for No. 20 Northern Illinois Saturday in a 63-19 thumping of Massachusetts.

Lynch ran for four touchdowns and 119 yards and threw for 160 yards and a score for the undefeated Huskies (9-0, 5-0 MAC), who matched the record 9-0 start of their 1965 team.

Cameron Stingil and Drew Hare each ran for touchdowns for the Huskies.

The Minutemen (1-8, 1-4) lost their third game in a row. Lorenzo Woodley ran for 163 yards and a touchdown while Brendon Levengood kicked four field goals.
