GAINESVILLE, Fla., Sept. 21 (UPI) -- Tyler Murphy replaced injured starter Jeff Driskel and accounted for two touchdowns Saturday in No. 18 Florida's 31-17 win over Tennessee.

Murphy was forced to come in after Driskel suffered a season-ending ankle injury in the first quarter, and the redshirt junior responded by completing 8-of-14 passes for 134 yards and score, including a 52-yard scoring strike to Solomon Patton.

Murphy also rushed for 84 rushing yards with a TD on 10 carries as Florida (2-1, 1-0 SEC) bested Tennessee for a ninth straight time.

Nathan Peterman was benched after completing just 4-of-11 passes for the Volunteers (2-2, 0-1).

Junior Justin Worley entered and connected on 10-of-23 passes for 149 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions the rest of the way.
