1. Notre Dame (12-0) won at Southern California (7-5) 22-13

2. Alabama (11-1) defeated Auburn (3-9) 49-0

3. Georgia (11-1) defeated Georgia Tech (6-6) 42-10

4. Oregon (11-1) won at No. 17 Oregon State (8-3) 48-24

5. Florida State (10-2) lost to No. 6 Florida (11-1) 37-26

6. Florida (11-1) won at No. 5 Florida State (10-2) 37-26

7. Louisiana State (10-2) won Arkansas (4-8) 20-13, Friday

8. Kansas State (10-1) was idle.

9. Clemson (10-2) lost to No. 12 South Carolina (10-2) 27-17

10. Texas A&M (10-2) defeated Missouri (5-7) 59-29

11. Stanford (10-2) won at No. 16 UCLA (9-3) 35-7

12. South Carolina (10-2) won at No. 9 Clemson (10-2) 27-17
