RUSTON, La., Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Kerwynn Williams scored on a 4-yard touchdown run in overtime Saturday and Utah State eked out a 48-41 win over No. 19 Louisiana Tech.

Williams did it all for the Utah State (9-2, 5-0 WAC) in the overtime series, accounting for all 25 yards with two runs and a pass reception as the Aggies clinched a share of the WAC title with the victory.

The win only came after they let a 17-point fourth-quarter lead slip away.

Matt Nelson booted a score-tying field goal for Louisiana Tech (9-2, 4-1) as regulation time expired.

Kenneth Dixon carried the ball 22 times for 109 yards and two scores for the Bulldogs.
