POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y., Nov. 6 (UPI) -- The football game between San Diego and Marist that was postponed due to Hurricane Sandy has been rescheduled for Dec. 1, the schools said.

The San Diego Toreros were to play a Pioneer Football League game in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., on Nov. 3. While the facilities at Marist weren't badly affected by the storm, the San Diego football team was unable to make travel arrangements to get into New York.

The game was reset for Dec. 1, two week after both teams wrap up their previously announced schedule.

San Diego is 5-3 on the year and 4-1 in the conference while Marist is 3-5 overall and 2-3 in the Pioneer Football League.
