COL FB: Ohio State 52, Illinois 22

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Braxton Miller threw for two touchdowns and ran in a third Saturday, helping Ohio State remain undefeated with a 52-22 rout of Illinois.

Miller passed for 226 yards and ran for 72 more. Carlos Hyde rushed for 138 yards with three scores for the Buckeyes (10-0, 6-0 Big Ten), who improved to 10-0 for the first time since 2007.

Rod Smith and Corey Brown each added a receiving touchdown, while Bri'onte Dunn contributed 73 rushing yards and a score in Ohio State's victory.

Illinois (2-7, 0-5), meanwhile, dropped its 11th straight Big 10 contest as Nathan Scheelhaase was held to just 19-of-33 passing efficiency for 97 yards and an interception.
