2. Oregon (8-0) defeated Colorado (1-7) 70-14

3. Florida (7-1) lost to No. 11 Georgia (7-1) 17-9, at Jacksonville, Fla.

4. Kansas State (8-0) defeated No. 17 Texas Tech (6-2) 55-24

5. Notre Dame (8-0) won at No. 7 Oklahoma (5-2) 30-13

6. Louisiana State (7-1) was idle.

7. Oklahoma (5-2) lost to No. 5 Notre Dame (8-0) 30-13

8. Southern California (6-2) lost at Arizona (5-3) 39-36

9. Oregon State (6-0) at Washington (3-4), 10:15 p.m.

10. Florida State (8-1) defeated Duke (6-3) 48-7

11. Georgia (7-1) defeated No. 3 Florida (7-1) 17-9, at Jacksonville, Fla.

12. Mississippi State (7-0) at No. 1 Alabama (7-0), 8:30 p.m.

13. Clemson (7-1) won at Wake Forest (4-4) 42-13, Thursday

14. Louisville (8-0) defeated Cincinnati (5-2) 34-31 (OT) Friday

15. Rutgers (7-1) lost to Kent State (7-1) 35-23

16. South Carolina (7-2) defeated Tennessee (3-5) 38-35

17. Texas Tech (6-2) lost at No. 4 Kansas State (8-0) 55-24
