COL FB: Mich. State 16, Wisconsin 13 (OT)

MADISON, Wis., Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Andrew Maxwell found Bennie Fowler with an overtime touchdown toss Saturday and Michigan State outlasted No. 25 Wisconsin 16-13.

Maxwell finished 24-of-39 passing for 216 yards and two touchdowns as Michigan State (5-4, 2-3 Big Ten) snapped Wisconsin's 21-game home winning streak and won in Madison for the first time since 2001.

Le'Veon Bell made a late, score-tying touchdown en route a 77-yard, 21-carry performance, surpassing the 1,000-yard rushing mark for the season for the first time in his career.

Keith Mumphery also helped MSU's cause with six catches for 48 yards.

The Badgers (6-3, 3-2), meanwhile, could muster only 190 total yards of offense.

Joel Stave managed 127 passing yards and a touchdown before leaving after being sacked early in the second half.

Replacement Danny O'Brien was sacked three times, while Montee Ball was held to 46 yards on 22 carries in the loss.
