
TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Devonta Freeman rushed for two touchdowns and EJ Manuel passed for two more Saturday in No. 10 Florida State's 48-7 rout of Duke.
Freeman compiled 104 yards on 12 carries. Manuel needed to complete just 8-of-16 passes to gain 282 yards for the Seminoles (8-1, 5-1 ACC), who won their third straight heading into a bye week.
Rodney Smith led FSU receivers with three catches for 112 yards and Rashad Greene hauled down a 71-yard scoring pass.
James Wilder Jr. ran the ball 13 times for 70 yards and a score for the Seminoles.
The Blue Devils (6-3, 3-2) were dealt a blow when starting quarterback Sean Renfree had to leave the game with a concussion after the first half.
Anthony Boone relieved and managed to complete just 3-of-15 passes for 37 yards the rest of the way.
