5. Kansas State (6-0) won at No. 25 Iowa State (4-2) 27-21

6. Florida (6-0) won at Vanderbilt (2-4) 31-17

7. Notre Dame (6-0) defeated No. 17 Stanford (4-2) 20-13

8. Louisiana State (6-1) defeated No. 6 South Carolina (6-1) 23-21

9. Southern California (5-1) won at Washington (3-3) 24-14

10. Oklahoma (4-1) defeated No. 15 Texas (4-2) 63-21, at Dallas
