3. Louisiana State (5-0) defeated Towson (2-2) 38-22

4. Florida State (5-0) won at South Florida (2-3) 30-17

5. Georgia (5-0) defeated Tennessee (3-2) 51-44

6. South Carolina (5-0) won at Kentucky (1-4) 38-17

7. West Virginia (4-0) defeated No. 24 Baylor (3-1) 70-63

8. Kansas State (4-0) was idle.

9. Stanford (3-1) lost at Washington (3-1) 17-13, Thursday

10. Texas (4-0) won at No. 22 Oklahoma State (2-2) 41-36
