FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., Sept. 15 (UPI) -- Eddie Lacy scored three rushing touchdowns on 11 carries Saturday and top-ranked Alabama cruised to a 52-0 conference-opening thrashing of No. 21 Arkansas.
Lacy finished with 55 yards, while AJ McCarron completed 11-of-16 passes for with 188 yards and a touchdown for Alabama (3-0, 1-0 SEC).

The Razorbacks (1-2, 0-1) -- who were coming off a stunning upset at the hands of Louisiana-Monroe last week -- were playing without starting quarterback Tyler Wilson.
Redshirt freshman Brandon Allen replaced him, managing only 67 yards on 10-of-18 passing with two interceptions.
The Crimson Tide turned both of the pickoffs into touchdowns.
