STANFORD, Calif., Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Josh Nunes' three touchdowns passes Saturday carried No. 25 Stanford to a 50-13 pounding of Duke.

Nunes piled up 280 passing yards on 17-of-31 efficiency. He was intercepted once. Levine Toilolo, Drew Terrell and Jamal-Rashad Patterson each caught a scoring pass.

Stanford (2-0) also got 78 yards and a touchdown from Stepfan Taylor, who rushed 15 times.

Sean Renfree was 28-of-40 for 198 yards for Duke (1-1), but was intercepted twice. Anthony Boone came in and went 13-of-21 for 146 yards and an interception.

Jamison Crowder caught 10 passes for 111 yards and Desmond Scott had 11 receptions for 80 yards for Duke.
