Florida St. player charged with theft

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Dec. 19 (UPI) -- A Florida State University freshman linebacker was arrested in Tallahassee and charged with vehicular theft, police said.

Arrington Jenkins was taken into custody Sunday for allegedly stealing a motorcycle and later released on $5,000 bail, police said.

Jenkins is the second FSU football player arrested in three days.

Police said cornerback Avis Commack confessed Friday to stealing another student's iPad, erasing all of its data and logging into the campus WiFi with his own student ID, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
