COL BKB: Kansas 69, Baylor 52

WACO, Texas, Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Naadir Tharpe netted 22 points and Andrew Wiggins had an all-around game Tuesday, lifting No. 9 Kansas over Baylor 69-52.

Wiggins provided 14 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals as the Jayhawks (17-5, 8-1 Big 12) got back on the winning track following Saturday's loss to Texas.

Perry Ellis contributed 14 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks.

The Bears (14-8, 2-7) were paced Cory Jefferson with 14 points.

Brady Heslip notched 12 for Baylor.
