Clark, who was tagged for alleged marijuana possession following a traffic stop Jan. 1, was arrested early Sunday after motorists reported a man urinating out a car window, the (Oklahoma City) Oklahoman reported.
Police in Stillwater, Okla., said Clark was released several hours later when he posted bond.
The freshman point guar, who has averaged 5.3 points and 16 minutes for the Cowboys this season, was previously suspended and sent home from a tournament in November for violating team rules.
