TUCSON, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Nick Johnson led the way with 18 points Thursday and top-ranked Arizona easily stayed unbeaten with a 69-57 win over Colorado.
The Wildcats equaled the longest winning streak in the history of the school, capturing their 19th in a row.
Arizona made only 3-of-15 from 3-point range, but hit 59 percent of their shots from inside the arc. Brandon Ashley added 15 points and Aaron Gordon had 12 for Arizona (19-0, 6-0 Pac-12 Conference).
Colorado (15-5, 4-3 Pac-12) was led by Xavier Johnson, who scored 21 points while hitting all four of his 3-point tries.
Arizona held the Buffaloes to 20 field goals and turned the ball over only seven times.
