NORMAN, Okla., Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Buddy Hield was one of five Oklahoma players to reach double figures with 16 points Wednesday and the No. 25 Sooners fought off TCU 77-69.

The Horned Frogs were within 3 points with 2:30 to play, but they missed three free throws down the stretch that doomed their chances.

Cameron Clark had 15 points and Ryan Spangler added 13 points and 16 rebounds for the Sooners (15-4, 4-2 Big 12 Conference). Oklahoma has won three of its last four.

TCU stayed in the game by forcing 15 turnovers, but the Frogs fell to 9-9 for the season and are winless in six league games.

Kyan Anderson led TCU with 23 points. The Frogs have not won since Dec. 29.
