COL BKB: Pittsburgh 76, Clemson 43

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Talib Zanna nailed 9-of-10 shots on his way to 22 points Tuesday, elevating 19th-ranked Pittsburgh to a 76-43 blowout of Clemson.

Lamar Patterson came up with 13 points and six assists for the Panthers (17-2, 5-1 ACC), who were coming off a disappointing 59-54 loss to No. 2 Syracuse Saturday.

Josh Newkirk came off the bench to pop in 10 points.

Leading scorer K.J. McDaniels was held to 11 points for the Tigers (13-5, 4-2), who connected on just 16-of-50 shots from the field.
