COL BKB: Gonzaga 82, Loyola-Marymount 72

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- Sam Dower was a force at both ends of the court Saturday, providing 28 points and 14 rebounds in No. 24 Gonzaga's 82-72 victory over Loyola Marymount.

Drew Barnham put in 16 points for the Bulldogs (16-2, 6-1 WCC), who shot 51.4 percent from the floor in the first half to establish a comfortable lead.

Gerard Coleman added 11 points and Kevin Pangos dished off six assists.

Evan Payne led LMU (10-10, 2-6) with 19 points. C.J. Blackwell and Anthony Ireland supplied 13 each.
