COL BKB: Cincinnati 69, Temple 58

CINCINNATI, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Sean Kilpatrick scored 23 points Tuesday to lead No. 23 Cincinnati past the visiting Temple Owls 69-58.

Kilpatrick went 8-for-19 from the field, including six 3-pointers in the Bearcats' (16-2, 5-0 ACC) ninth consecutive win.

Justin Jackson added a double-double of 15 points and 10 rebounds for Cincinnati. Titus Rubles also had a double-double with 13 points and a dozen rebounds.

Dalton Pepper scored 21 points and Quenton DeCosey scored 17 for the Owls (5-10, 0-5), who lost their fifth game in a row.

Cincinnati led 27-25 at halftime and outscored the Owls 42-33 in the second half. The Bearcats went on a 16-3 run late in the second half to put the game out of reach.
