SEATTLE, Dec. 15 (UPI) --
No. 16 Gonzaga got 20 points from Gary Bell Jr. Saturday and secured a fifth straight win, 68-59 over South Alabama at Seattle.
Sam Dower helped out with 12 points and 11 rebounds as the Bulldogs (10-1) stayed hot after falling to Dayton last month at the Maui Invitational.
Kevin Pangos contributed 10 points for Gonzaga, which jumped out to a quick 16-2 lead and never looked back.
The Jaguars (5-5) got 35 points from Augustine Rubit, who connected on 11-of-16 from the field.
