STILLWATER, Okla., Dec. 7 (UPI) --
Le'Bryan Nash led all five starters in double figures Friday and Oklahoma State's stingy defense brought the No. 11 Cowboys a 79-52 win over South Carolina.
The Gamecocks (2-3) were held to 15 points in the first half and turned the ball over 24 times.
Nash scored 15 points while hitting 5-of-7 from the field. Marcus Smart added 13 points and Markel Brown had 11. The Cowboys advanced to 8-1.
Jaylen Shaw scored 13 points to pace the Gamecocks.
