COL BKB: Louisville 113, Louisiana-Lafayette 74

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Montrezl Harrell and Chris Jones combined for 39 points Saturday, propelling sixth-ranked Louisville over Louisiana-Lafayette 113-74.

Harrell was good on 9-for-10 shot from the field en route to 20 points and Jones added 19 for the Cardinals (8-1), who reached the 100-point mark for the first time since their memorable 104-101, five-overtime loss to Notre Dame last season.

Russ Smith scored 16 points and Wayne Blackshear netted 15 for Louisville, which shot 61.3 percent from the field.

The Ragin' Cajuns (6-3) got a game-high 25 points from Shawn Long.
