NASSAU, Bahamas, Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Aaron White missed only one shot while scoring 17 points Friday, sending No. 23 Iowa to the finals of the Battle 4 Atlantis with an 89-53 victory over UTEP.
The Hawkeyes remained unbeaten in seven games, making 52 percent of their shots and opening a 25-point halftime lead.
White went 5-of-6 from the field and made all seven of his attempts from the foul line. Zach McCabe and Peter Jok both had 14 points for Iowa, which went 9-of-16 from 3-point range and turned the ball over only five times.
Texas-El Paso (4-3) was led by Julian Washburn with 13 points, the only member of the Miners to reach double figures.
