COL BKB: New Mexico 79, Davidson 58

CHARLESTON, S.C., Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Cameron Bairstow and Alex Kirk combined for 24 points Sunday and No. 20 New Mexico sped past Davidson 79-58 in the Charleston Classic.

Bairstow provided 18 points and Kirk added 16 with 14 rebounds as the Lobos (4-1) claimed the third-place game of the South Carolina tournament.

Cullen Neal (15 points) and Kendall Williams (12) also reached double figures.

Davidson (1-5) was led by Brian Sullivan with 17 points.

Tyler Kalinoski netted 16 for the Wildcats.
