COL BKB: Wichita State 85, Tennessee State 71

WICHITA, Kan., Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Tekele Cotton and Cleanthony Early combined for 34 points Saturday and No. 16 Wichita State rolled to an 85-71 victory over winless Tennessee State.

Cotton put in 18 points while Early added 16 and seven rebounds for the Shockers (4-0).

Nick Wiggins also reached double figures with 12 points as Wichita State broke open a close game with a 15-2 run shortly after halftime.

Tennessee State (0-4) was paced by Patrick Miller with 23 points.

M.J. Rhett chipped in with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
