COLLEGE PARK, Md., March 19 (UPI) -- Nick Faust provided 15 points and hauled down 11 rebounds Tuesday, helping send Maryland over Niagara 86-70 in a first-round NIT contest.
Logan Aronhalt went 5-of-7 from 3-point range en route to 15 points and Seth Allen also struck for 15 as the second-seeded Terrapins (23-12) moved on with their third win in four games.

Dez Wells (12 points, five rebounds) and Charles Mitchell (10, four) also reached double figures in the victory.
The seventh-seeded Purple Eagles (19-14) were paced by Antoine Mason with 24 points.
Ameen Tanksley added 18 with seven boards in the loss.
