WINSTON-SALEM, N.C., Feb. 23 (UPI) --
C.J. Harris pumped in 23 points Saturday and Wake Forest beat Miami-Florida 80-65 to hand the Hurricanes their first conference loss of the season.
Harris connected on five 3-pointers, and Codi Miller-McIntyre scored 15 points for the Demon Deacons (12-14, 5-9 ACC), who won for the 10th time in 14 home games.
Travis McKie had eight points, 10 rebounds and five blocks in the victory.
The Hurricanes (22-4, 13-1), who had won 13 straight ACC games, got 17 points from Durand Scott, all in the second half.
Miami shot just 39.1 percent from the field.
