COL BKB: Florida 69, Kentucky 52

GAINESVILLE, Fla., Feb. 12 (UPI) -- Scottie Wilbekin provided 14 points with eight assists Monday and No. 6 Florida took the Southeastern Conference lead with a 69-52 defeat of Kentucky.

Patric Young chipped in with 12 points and 11 boards while Casey Prather came off the bench to add 12 points for the Gators (20-3, 10-1 SEC), who grabbed sole possession of first place in the SEC with their second straight win.

Mike Rosario (12 points) and Eric Murphy (10) also reached double figures for Florida.

The Wildcats (17-7, 8-3) saw their five-game winning streak snapped despite 10 points and six rebounds from Willie Cauley-Stein.

Kentucky freshman forward Nerlens Noel left the game with an apparent knee injury in the second half.
