Mississippi opened the game on a 19-2 run and had no trouble putting away its in-state rival.

Henderson scored 31 points and Murphy Holloway had 24 for the Rebels (18-4, 7-2 SEC), who are a game behind first-place Florida in the Southeastern Conference chase.

Mississippi led by 19 at the half and shot 51 percent from the field.
