COL BKB: Syracuse 63, Notre Dame 47

SYRACUSE, N.Y., Feb. 4 (UPI) -- Syracuse's C.J. Fair scored 18 points and hauled down 10 rebounds Monday and the No. 9 Orange got back on the winning track with a 63-47 win over Notre Dame.

Jerami Grant added a career-high 14 points while Rakeem Christmas contributed 12 and four blocks for the Orange (19-3, 7-2 Big East), who broke a two-game skid with their nation's-best 36th straight home victory.

Jerian Grant -- Jerami's brother -- put in 15 points for the Fighting Irish (18-5, 6-4).

Jack Cooley's double-double of 10 and 11 rebounds didn't come with enough support from the rest of the Fighting Irish to extend Notre Dame's three-game winning streak.
