COL BKB: Creighton 75, Bradley 58

OMAHA, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- Doug McDermott went 9-of-15 from the field en route to 25 points Saturday and No. 17 Creighton pulled away in the second half for a 75-58 win over Bradley.

McDermott pulled down seven rebounds and Austin Chatman sank 4-of-7 from 3-point range to finish with 16 points for the Bluejays (20-3, 9-2 MVC), who earned their 14th 20-win season in the last 15 years and 25th all-time.

Gregory Echenique scored 10 points for Creighton.

Dyricus Simms-Edwards put in 18 points and collected five rebounds for the Braves (13-10, 5-6), who got 15 points from Walt Lemon Jr. and 11 from Tyshon Pickett.
