COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 22 (UPI) -- Deshaun Thomas netted 16 points and Aaron Craft provided some clutch late free throws Tuesday in 15th-ranked Ohio State's 72-63 win over Iowa.

Thomas hauled down seven rebounds while Craft drained eight fouls shots down the stretch en route to 12 points for the Buckeyes (14-4, 4-2 Big Ten), who defeated Iowa for the eighth straight time.

Lenzelle Smith Jr. (12 points, six boards) and Evan Ravenel (11 off the bench) also reached double figures as Ohio State bounced back from a Saturday loss to Michigan State.

The Hawkeyes (13-6, 2-4) got 13 points and seven rebounds from Aaron White but could manage only 35.5 percent shooting from the floor in the loss.
