COL BKB: Wyoming 59, Nevada 48

RENO, Nev., Jan. 12 (UPI) -- Leonard Washington scored 16 points and corralled 13 rebounds Saturday and No. 25 Wyoming got back on the winning track with a 59-48 win over Nevada.

Washington also handed off six assists for the Cowboys (14-1, 1-1 MWC), who posted a victory after suffering their first loss of the season Wednesday against Boise State.

Riley Grabau drained a go-ahead 3-pointer 2 minutes into the second half, igniting a 17-2 run that carried Wyoming to the victory.

Grabau connected on four treys overall en route to 12 points while Larry Nance Jr. added nine points and eight boards in the victory.

Deonte Burton pumped in a game-high 23 points for the Wolf Pack (9-7, 0-2).

Devonte Elliott came off the bench to contribute seven points and 11 rebounds for Nevada.
