COL BKB: Missouri 66, Bucknell 64

COLUMBIA, Mo., Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Phil Pressey poured in 26 points and Laurence Bowers turned in an all-around game Saturday, propelling No. 12 Missouri over upset-minded Bucknell 66-64.

Bowers contributed 16 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Pressey also dished off five assists.

Alex Oriakhi played a big role in Missouri's win with nine points and seven boards as the Tigers (11-2) rebounded from last week's overtime loss to UCLA.

The Bison (13-3) lost despite 25 points and 14 rebounds from Mike Muscala.

Cameron Ayers chipped in with 13 points and seven boards for Bucknell.
