COL BKB: Gonzaga 81, Santa Clara 74

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Jan. 5 (UPI) -- Kelly Olynyk fired in 33 points on 12-of-15 shooting from the field Saturday for No. 10 Gonzaga, which overpowered Santa Clara 81-74.

Olynyk also hauled down 10 rebounds for the Bulldogs (15-1, 2-0 WCC), who notched their sixth straight win.

Elias Harris supplied 14 points and Gary Bell Jr. added 12 in Gonzaga's victory.

The Broncos (12-4, 0-1) were led by Kevin Foster with 29 points, three assists and three steals.

Marc Trasolini provided 19 points and nine boards for Santa Clara.
